Toukan (凍寒, To~ukān) is a Chūnin ranked shinobi who possesses Jonin leveled capabilities with his specialty in medical based ninjutsu and Genjutsu. Along with his mother and his sister, Tsume, he is officially affiliated with the international peace-keeping organization highly known as SENSHI. Serving as an highly skilled medic from within the Iyaku-butai (医薬部隊 "Medical Unit") working together with his mother who is also responsible for teaching Toukan most of the medical knowledge he comprehends. Taking advantage of his keen intellect, he intends to advance his ranks as the head of the Medical Unit due to his desire to help people.
