Noise Tank is a cyborg humanoid created in S.P.D. Throughout his life, he turned against S.P.D for nothing. In the year 2300 A.D. he went to that timeline to take down the rest of the human race, but got his plan foiled after Dogulus and Kit were sent 30 years before he can even take them down. He is more like Venjix from Power Rangers RPM. It is also revealed he has a brother in season 2. He was inspired by General Grievous and Dr. Eggman.
