This title has not received any direct adaptation or Review Zone score in Sonic the Comic. However, elements of the the game have made appearances in Sonic the Comic Online, such as the Rail Canyon Zone and Fockewulf de Shrike (adapted from Focke-Wulf, the game's first boss).
