Originally acquired by the Golden Otop (a pro-imperial faction on Chalacta), the Enlightened Warrior began its life as the Hidden Warrior. It served mainly as a system defence vessel alongside the heavy corvette Oppression, protecting the few Otop assets in the Chalacta system from pirates. When the New Republic freed Chalacta from Imperial oppression, the Dreadnaught was hidden away in the Chamacta system, until the Golden Otop took power on Chalacta. It was then moved to the Chalacta system to guard it until the Empire could retake it.
