He is a blood elf rogue. He uses Cheap Shot, Kidney Shot, and Gouge. Has Crippling Poison on his weapon. Can Vanish and reappear next to a random target. He is crowd-controllable. He can do some damage to the healer and can cancel the healers heals. He should be killed early in the fight.
