Battaglia Cement Factory was part of the Battaglia chain of businesses in Havana, Cuba located next to the private airport. It was managed by Baltasar Trelles but actually run by Esteban Almeida and his family following the Revolution. In 1959, during the mob war between Almeida and Dominic Corleone, the factory was taken over by Corleone following a vicious firefight. Arsonist Allen Vecchio was stationed here to prevent it being attacked again.
