Perpetuating Sunset is a genjutsu which, true to its name, is most effective in duping the opponent if used at sunset. This is because the genjutsu has a setting sun, and if it is used when the sun is not setting, opponents are tipped off. The light from the sun causes the target, and everything around them, to catch on fire, burning brightly. Then, everything curls up like burnt paper, before the light catches them on fire again, and again, until it is broken.
