Kuyou takes his true form as a four tailed Youko. Gin protects the rest of the group from Kuyou's flame attack and is brought down Tsukune then takes a hit for Moka and returns her to her true form. Moka then injects her blood into Tsukune to heal him. Tsukune uses the power of Moka's blood to defeat him since Moka was weakened.
