The river dragon is a magical blue stone found in Voyagers of the Silver Sand. It is one of the five treasures used to help create the Rainbow Stairs. It was hidden in a fountain in the city of Tortu. When thrown to the ground it would burst into a river and could be returned to stone form by someone reaching into the river.
