Riba Seto is one of the ninja of Tsumujikazegakure. She is part of Squad C, along with Gamma Temma, Drake Senju and Ken. She is a user of Ice Release due to her mom being part of Tsumujikaze's Otori's clan. She appears in Naruto: A New Legend.
