Tamera (タマラ Tamara) is a major character in The Terror of the Androids. She is a young female Saiyajin with blood from another unknown race. The team first met Tamera on Planet Namek during the Freeza Arc. Since her first appearance, Tamera has become a close ally of the team. At first glance, Tamera seems like a bratty and rude tomboy, although this slowly rubs off when you see her good side. Tamera, like all the other Saiyajins (except for those in Bulma’s family) is named after a vegetable. In her case, it is tomato.
