Leonard Calogero Moceri(1900-1976) was a Consigliere to the Licavoli Crime Family. Moceri was born to Giuseppe and Antonia Moceri relatives of the Licavolis Pete gave him his start selling apples in Detroit he soon got tired and he held up the local bank Pete was impressed and gave "Leo Lips" a job as a gunman protecting Licavoli interests in the Toledo, Ohio area. In 1940 he was made consigliere he had no serious convictions until 1952 when he was arrested in Los Angeles for putting slugs into a pay phone. Moceri was murdered in 1976.
