Marc Blucas (born Marcus Paul Blucas) is an American actor who plays Jeremy Prestwick on Castle. As well as a season and a half on Buffy, as mentioned below, Marc also had a supporting role in the 1998 fantasy/sf movie Pleasantville, starring Tobey Maguire and Reese Witherspoon.
