Mikhail Victor is a major antagonist in Resident Evil: Undead. He is an U.S. Marine Corps Major General and was charged with rescuing civilians in Tall Oaks. He planned to use the civilians as prisoners and slaves as well as use them as test subjects to further the investigation on the undead. His weapon of choice is a AK-74.
