She is tied to the Cumulative Daily Rewards System, where players that spend their acquired Suba Points in-game can get rewards sent automatically to their mailbox should they spend enough of them. Consumption total is per character, not per account. Every day, the rewards are changed and the Suba Points that were recorded will be reset at 12AM EST. It is unknown at this time if the possible rewards are completely randomized or are set in a pattern.
