Cecil Algerton "Red" Causey (August 11, 1893 in Georgetown, Florida – November 11, 1960 in Avon Park, Florida) was a right-handed Major League Baseball pitcher who played from 1918 to 1922. Prior to playing professionally, he attended Georgetown High School.
