In June 2016, Laserium Holdings acquired the entire company and it's brands and magazines, and integrated them into Infinity Media. As the result, Viacom lend the licensing rights to Infinity Media and acquired 50% of Paramount Comics and 75% of The Nickelodeon Magazine and My MTV.
