B-6TT was a protocol droid built by Cybot Galactica in 104 BBY. He was sold to an Orthellin merchant named Waul Rith. Later, he was sold to a Hutt named Raccareth who treated him horribly but never wiped his memory. He was thrown out as junk but an Ossa salvager named Gool Enlorbi repaired him. When Gool died in 40 BBY, B-6TT was sold to the Strayfiend family. Eventually, he was owned solely by Tull Strayfiend and wound up in the hands of Klippy Resh. Marthrull Strayfiend was given the droid when Resh died. He was scrapped on Cehullst in 156 ABY.
