Delcare is a small farming village in Valdemar. Despite its size, its location on a secondary road and general situation made it a suitable spot for an inn. Too small for a village square, Delcare instead has a village green, located on the opposite side of the road, which is used for festivals and other gatherings. Most of the buildings are built of local stone, with slate roofs. The village temple is dedicated to Kernos, and sits in its own grove of trees just beyond the green. Delcare was the home village of Herald Tafri Tallyman.
