As a fan, I have to say that their songs weren't of just one genre. Although they had a lot of rock songs, they also had their share of ballads, some country-like or Rockabilly songs, and some folk-like stuff. It really depends on what song or album you're referring to. Wikipedia says: "Genre(s) Rock, pop"
