Chiyoko is a revolutionary zealot who has spent her life from the age of 8 training to fight the World Government. To her there is nothing more important in life than continuing the noble fight against the oppressive regime that conquered their way into power around the world. As such she does not have a particularly wide knowledge of the world, having spent most of her life training to fight.
