The M40A1 Sniper Rifle is a sniper rifle. It appeared in the Season 6 episode, Deliverance (episode) where NCIS Special Agent Leroy Jethro Gibbs remembers that he used the rifle during a mission. In the Season 7 premiere episode, Truth or Consequences (episode), Gibbs uses the sniper rifle to fire a single shot that kills terrorist Saleem Ulman.
