The Omni-Pigeon ruled over the Earth from 1066-1973. He was the self dubbed 'Pigeon Emperor'. His human subordinate was Ian Levine, who served as 'Pigeon King' from 1973-1998, when he stated that no more missing episodes would be found. This angered the Omni-Pigeon greatly, and so the Omni-Pigeon removed Levine from his post. The Omni-Pigeon was supposedly destroyed in 1973 after Marco Polo was roasted in a furnace.
