Felicia Wells was a human Insurrectionist. Born in 2491 on Eridanus II to a civilian and a former Insurrectionist technician, she was fed anti-Unified Earth Government and United Nations Space Command ideas from a young age. When Wells turned seventeen, against the wishes of her former rebel father, she joined Eridanus II's Colonial Militia. While she had no love lost for the UNSC, the prospect of a steady paycheck and possible free education appealed to her, as it did with many others. Wells, however, was killed in 2530, during an intelligence gathering mission on Victoria.
