Helen Natalia Vorkosigan was the second child and eldest daughter of Miles Naismith Vorkosigan and Ekaterin Nile Vorkosigan. She was born via uterine replicator on the same day as her brother Aral Alexander Vorkosigan. Helen had auburn hair, and was the namesake of her mother's aunt Helen Vorthys.
