Kaori Mizuhashi (born August 28, 1974) is a prominent voice actor. She has voiced many characters in television and video games alike. Although the Legend of Zelda series does not feature very much voice acting to date, some characters do get short snippets of dialogue; Kaori Mizuhashi is a recurring voice actor who plays both Navi from The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time and Ciela from The Legend of Zelda: Phantom Hourglass.
