Coye Glenn Francies (born November 15, 1986) is an American football cornerback for the Oakland Raiders of the National Football League. Francies grew up in Rancho Cordova, California and played college football at American River, Oregon State, and San Jose State. In the 2009 NFL Draft, the Cleveland Browns drafted Francies in the sixth round.
