Tic-Toc is a limited edition type of Rare Gem in Bejeweled Blitz. It is a sliver scarab with an hourglass-shaped pattern on its elytra. When the game begins, a random basic gem with a scarab on it appears on the game board. This gem functions the same way as a Flame Gem does except it also adds two extra seconds to the Timer Bar. A total of twenty gems with scarabs on them appear throughout the game, meaning that the player can get up to 40 additional seconds in the current game by using this gem.
