Pegasus Spiele Verlags - und Medienvertriebsgesellschaft mbH, as the full name of the enterprise goes (Pegasus Games Publishing and Media), has been active since 1993 when it was created by current directors and owners Karsten Esser and Andreas Finkernagel. In January 2015, Pegasus Spiele acquired children's game publisher Selecta Spielzeug. Amongst many others, Pegasus Press printed the successful Worlds of Cthulhu Magazine.
