Volcanoth is a volcano-turtle. It lives in the dormant caldera of the main island of the Lost Isles, within its lair[[:File:|[, ]]]. Goblin players are sent to kill it. The pygmies worship it as a kind of god, feeding it goblins as sacrifices.
