Charles Brown (born October 29, 1958 in Charleston, South Carolina) is a former professional American football wide receiver in the National Football League for six seasons for the Washington Redskins (and helped win Super Bowl XVII in his rookie season) and Atlanta Falcons. He was nicknamed "Good ol' Charlie Brown" in reference to the eponymous comic strip character. He is currently head coach of Kingstree Senior High School Jaguars varsity football team in Kingstree, SC.
