Magnitude Entertainment is a production and distribution company located in Brooklyn, New York. It was founded by JoeHummi in 2008 to produce his shows and films. Prior to 2017, it was owned by BeamOfSunlight. On April 20, 2017, Lionsgate purchased Magnitude Entertainment and signed a deal in which 20th Century Fox would handle domestic distribution of Magnitude films, and Lionsgate handling international distribution. Magnitude's television division was also purchased by Lionsgate, and Lionsgate will now handle distribution of all Magnitude television shows.
