Doug Frost was a man admitted in 1993 to a hospital in the Arklay Mountains as a cancer patient. He was administered the Umbrella-created experimental drug T-JCCC 203, which successfully destroyed the cancerous cells. Unfortunately, a side-effect of the drug led to his death a few days later.
