Robert Allen Muller (May 21, 3381 - December 29, 3475) was a Rutanian politician that served as the Minister of Foreign Affairs. Prior to that he served as his party's Congressional leader and as a representatives for Delvar's 33rd congressional district in the Parliament. In 3437, he won his party's nomination for President.
