Endtree was an ancient nation-state on Bajor. The Endtree were ruled by a Council. The Endtree pledged the support of their naval forces to the rebels which eventually founded the Perikian Republic, and remained at Natlar Port to patrol and protect their waterways. The Endtree navy was under the command of Inna Murent until her death at sea following the Lerrit resurgence. The flag of the Endtree was green and black. (DS9 short story: "Horn and Ivory")
