Brenda is a character who only appears a couple of times within Pepper Ann, showing up in "Old Best Friend" and "A Valentine's Day Tune". Brenda is Pepper Ann Pearson's old best friend who first appears in "Old Best Friend" where she comes to visit Pepper Ann. The two spent lots of time together at Cubby Camp in the past, and PA is very excited that she is going to get to see Brenda again when she moves to Hazelnut.
