Mauthak was an uruk of Isengard, and also close friend and officer of Lurtz. He was one of the uruk commanders, with Dâl, Gudul, Gurghâsh, Haian, Hodhvarz, Karvag, Lugdush, Lurtz, Móg, Obghâsh and Uglúk. Mauthak, Karvag, Gudul and Lurtz were killed at Amon Hen.
