Sir Rastan Haller is a soldier in Earl Delberg's army. Following the ball, he can be found taking a break with Lady Mona Waldner and Hernes Willoud on the upper floor of Delberg Castle. Sir Rastan is particularly rude to the Princess and she has the option to engage in a duel with him.
