By the Arch Repairs was a front company for Crosstime Traffic. It was located in Rimini, Italian People's Republic, in an alternate where the Soviet Union won the Cold War. By the Arch Repairs served as a back-up to The Three Sixes, a gaming shop in nearby San Marino. When the Italian Security Police quietly seized control of The Three Sixes, the employees of By the Arch, Rocco and Giulio were stranded. Eduardo Caruso, another Crosstimer who'd worked at The Gladiator, arrived at By the Arch Repairs, and helped formulate a successful plan for returning home.
