The 1964 Hickory 250 was a Grand National (now Nextel Cup) event held at Hickory Speedway on May 16, 1964. Ned Jarrett took over the lead later in the race, but was still good enough to run away to a one-lap victory over David Pearson. Eventual season champ Richard Petty finished 3rd. Stats
