The Evelyn Street Estate, not to be confused with the adjacent Evelyn Estate, is a postwar social housing estate overlooking Evelyn Street in the Deptford area of Lewisham, London. Constructed in the late 1950s on the site of bombed terraced housing, with some of the site being used for prefabs, the estate consists of seven blocks of flats, including one block with ground floor retail units and two storeys of 14 flats above. A separate block, named Howard House, is located to the south of the estate but is not included within it.
