The environment is an option at the Town Hall that allows the player to see how environmentally suitable their town is. Pelly or Phyllis will relay a comment from an anonymous villager to the player, followed by their interpretation of the comment and what the player needs to work on in order to achieve perfect town status. However the clerks are vague in giving details of how the player can improve the town. Phyllis' comments are more clearer and straightforward than Pelly's, especially when relating to 'greenery', and so she can generally give the player a better indication of how the town can be improved.
