Rope shackles are shackles made of rope. To make them, combine wool with more wool to make rope, and then rope with rope to make rope shackles. They work like normal shackles, except shackle keys have no effect. They can be cut off with knifes. Like normal shackles, you must shackle the arms and legs separately.
