After crashing a rocket on Tamagotchi Planet, the player finds they have transformed into a Tamagotchi. They soon meet another Tamagotchi (Mametchi, Lovelitchi, or Melodytchi, depending on who the player chose) who shows them to a house to live in. At the beginning of the game, the player can choose one of two rooms, which have slightly varying colorations. The player can create their own character by using features (e.g. body shape, eyes) from other characters they have unlocked.
