Horse Grass is a plant from The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess. It is a small reed, shaped similarly to horseshoes. It grows mainly near the Light Spirits' springs, though it can also be found in Fado's goat pasture and in various areas of Hyrule Field. Link can blow into these reeds like a musical instrument to summon Epona, who will hear the music wherever she is and, provided that Link is in a location she can reach, will immediately move to join him. He can also howl the tune while next to a patch of Horse Grass when he is in his wolf form. Later, Ilia gives Link a charm that performs the same function, though it can be used to call Epona from any outdoor location.
