Melinda Squire was a marine in Raynor's Raiders. Roughly two months after the Fall of Tarsonis, she found herself on the surface of Char as part of a Raiders force. Partnered with Deke Cavez, she and the others descended into a series of tunnels beneath the planet's surface, encountering zerg along the way. She survived the initial confrontations with the zerg, but ended up being killed by a pair of hydralisks, one scythe of each meeting at the same point in her chest, impaling her.
