The Buyer was a man interested in purchasing The Kabin from Sharon Bentley. Walking home, Rita Sullivan spotted the man and chatted to him for a moment before moving on, however she returned when she overheard him agreeing to buy cigarettes for Candice Stowe and intervened. The buyer told her that she wouldn't be able to interfere once he was the owner, prompting Rita to enter the shop and offer to buy it back herself for the full asking price.
