Sergeant Vilandro was a member of the Misthalinian Army who attempted to murder Asgarnian soldier Chiafriend12. He was hung for crimes against peace, since if he went through with the murder there would most likely be another Asgarnia-Misthalin War. Before his death and the actions that led up to it, he joined the Misthalinian Army in 163, at 28. Even though he enlisted in the hope that he would fight in another war between Asgarnia and Misthalin, he didn't. During the Asgarnia-Misthalin War of 164 and 165, he was stationed behind the front line, on the Western Varrock wall.
