Boscos is a brewpub located in Memphis, TN, USA. Until 1992, Tennessee law prevented restaurants from brewing and selling beer. After the law changed, Boscos became the state's first brewpub when it opened on December 26, 1992. Boscos has 8 primary beer taps, four of which always serve their year-round beers: Flaming Stone Beer, Bombay IPA, Midtown Brown, and Isle of Skye Scottish Ale. The other four taps feature a constant rotation of their seasonal and limited beers. Boscos also regularly has a cask-conditioned ale available.
