Kasshralhyot was the most severe, and correspondingly rarest, sentence that could be passed on a citizen of the Golden Empire. It could be ordered only by the Sovereign, and as of 140 ABY, it had been dealt out only once, on the treasonous Consul Vessyk in 127 ABY.
